Having always had an interest in music since such a young
age it wasn't until he took a two week break to Portugal that
Chris realized that tribal drums and pumping beats was the
way he wanted his musical style to go. These rhythms and
drums focused with the hard house and hardcore style
background he already had soon imprinted the style he likes
to create today (hard pumping tribal drums along with an
upbeat rhythm and a tint of house).

Not having much of a musical background in the way of
instruments everything Chris knows today is completely self
taught, he says there has been a lot of trial and error but
that’s what it’s all about. The more mistakes you make the
more you learn from them and the sooner you do it the
sooner your skills progress.

Going under the guise Tribalishious for his more heavier,
beefier tribal tracks and Sunrise DJ's for his more funkier
tracks it’s taken Chris a while to get where his is now and to
gain any recognition for his works but now with releases
starting to make their way out and him gaining a name for
himself he should definitely be one to look out for.

Things are definitely on the rise with a release on Knob
Records and also a string of releases planned and penned
on Bellarine Recordings, along with remixing Danny Tuval's
'LaCaress', and also signing with Often Gruven Recordings.
2006 is definitely Chris's breakthrough year and we are
guaranteed more to come. “I just eat, sleep and drink music
I love it and I'm not planning on stopping any time soon”
says Chris so keep your eyes peeled and an ear to the
ground for more to come from this young talent.

In 2006, Knob Records features Tribalishious' track titled,
"Dirty Mind".

In 2007, Knob Records features Tribalishious' follow up,
"Drums Set Me Free".

In 2008, Knob features a Tribalishious remix of,
DJ Groovy's "End of the New World".
