Alejandro's debut on Knob comes well balanced with three very distinct sounds for the house DJ to pick from when the time is right. "Love Dog", is a mix that will be a sensational crowd warming track with its glory piano lines, traditional Latin percussion and a smooth bass sequence to level it out. Very chill vibes with a back to the roots feeling. "The Dream", sets the table for the climatic party zone hour. Crisp running hi hats, steady clank drums and a dope driving lead bass. Big floor open sound with a slight anthem twist. Erie strings sustain and gate, then release out refreshingly. Timeless progressive tribal sound!! "From The Dark", doesn't let you down following the others with that real after hours, back alley, slime -n- sludge hidden camera view of a scene no one is supposed to be watching, underground in the darkness of the night, creatures of oblivion begin to bite. Sporadic drum delays, confused male vocals, and a sharp stompin kick with straight to the point chop up drum transitions make this mix sick. The breakdown and intro illustrate the nastiest dark ambience. Be careful with this one!!
