This talented DJ, Producer, and live performing artist, has
been supporting the NYC underground dance scene for well
over 5 years. With former residencies at several of NYC’s
hottest nightclubs and numerous party bookings (Exit,
Limelight, Tunnel, Raves, etc.), he is well known for his
eclectic taste in track selection and scratching abilities. His
free outdoor parties known as the “OXYGEN” series, have
helped bring electronic music to the masses in areas other
than common smoke filled venues. The passion he has for
all styles of dance music is clearly shown through his DJ
sets, Live PA’s and track production. Coming straight out
Cypress Hills, E.N.Y. Brooklyn, he continues to show of that
NYC still represents all genres of cutting edge dance music.
Bass Rokwell's original "Filters & Drums" along with
remixes by Corbett & Corbo and Midnight Society was
released on Harlem Traxx, ran by Steve Lawler.
In 2005, Knob Records features Bass Rokwell’s much
anticipated follow up “South Amerikan FyreFlies” with a
banging tribal remix by Style & Zor.
In 2008, Knob features a Bass Rokwell Remix of Da Silva & Lino's, "Baby Let's Play House".
